Symptoms and effects:

Non-stationary floating spots in the field of view, that move according to the movement of the eyes. They are found floating like “spiders or flies”.

In severe cases, vision decreases considerably, thus making it difficult to read and carry out daily activities.

They move similarly to a snow globe.
Indicative:
The presence of floaters is normal. However, a noticeable increase could be indicative of the following:
-
Presence of cells in the vitreous as a result of uveitis
-
Intermediate uveitis (vitritis, pars planitis)
